L&#8217;enquesta ha portat a comentaris molt interessants dels l\u00edders de la ind\u00fastria sobre el desenvolupament del talent i la formaci\u00f3 adequada per a aconseguir canviar la visi\u00f3 tradicional i comen\u00e7ar a utilitzar m\u00e8triques com a pedres angulars per a aconseguir l&#8217;\u00e8xit.<\/span><\/div>\n<h2>1. Enfocament continu de la venda directa:<\/h2>\n<p>Enguany la tend\u00e8ncia continuar\u00e0 sent centrar-se en raons clares i tangibles per a reservar directament en la p\u00e0gina web dels hotels. Els hotels hauran de promoure un valor agregat en lloc d&#8217;oferir descomptes. Sabent que tants hotels estan apostant pel missatge de \u201creserva directament amb nosaltres\u201d oferir un valor agregat o un plus evitar\u00e0 que s&#8217;hagin de baixar els preus de les habitaci\u00f3 \u00e9s o oferir descomptes insostenibles.\u00a0La ra\u00f3 \u00fanica perqu\u00e8 els clients reservin en la p\u00e0gina web de l&#8217;hotel ha d&#8217;estar clarament presentada, ser visible, f\u00e0cil de comprendre i amb un valor tangible real per a l&#8217;hoste.<\/p>\n<h2>2. An\u00e0lisi predictiu del Revenue Management<\/h2>\n<p>Enguany els establiments treballessin amb eines d&#8217;an\u00e0lisi predictiva. L&#8217;anal\u00edtica predictiva \u00e9s el futur del Revenue Management. Encara que l&#8217;an\u00e0lisi predictiva en si no \u00e9s una cosa nova, el volum de dades, la seva fiabilitat i la seva naturalesa en temps real si ho s\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Les decisions dels Revenue Managers estan evolucionant. Ara es basen en les dades i l&#8217;activitat actual en lloc de les tend\u00e8ncies hist\u00f2riques.\u00a0El Revenue Management es centra en les dades i dona molts resultats. Encara existeixen molts hotels petits que no estan interessats a invertir en aquesta mena de tecnologia o d&#8217;adaptar el seu enfocament de treball.<\/p>\n<p>La barreres a la inversi\u00f3 (preu i temps per a capacitar als empleats), la falta de coneixement de productes, la subestimaci\u00f3 dels beneficis que pot portar a l&#8217;empresa s\u00f3n algunes raons per les quals alguns establiments encara no inverteixen en eines de Revenue Management.<\/p>\n<h2>3. M\u00f2bil<\/h2>\n<p>El M\u00f2bil \u00e9s ara la plataforma central de tr\u00e0nsit. Reputaci\u00f3 online i branding<\/h2>\n<p>El vincle entre la qualitat positiva de les opinions, els r\u00e0nquings i la decisi\u00f3 del client de quedar-se en l&#8217;establiment \u00e9s imminent. Les cr\u00edtiques s\u00f3n fonamentals en el proc\u00e9s de decisi\u00f3 de reserva. Pots oferir el millor preu a la ciutat, per\u00f2 si tens cr\u00edtiques negatives, l&#8217;hoste va optar per un altre lloc.<\/p>\n<p>Estudis han demostrat que els clients potencials donaran prioritat a les opinions fins i tot sobre el preu.<\/p>\n<h2>5. Aplicacions de xat al revenue management<\/h2>\n<p>Les aplicacions de xat estan cada vegada m\u00e9s de moda i s\u00f3n una manera f\u00e0cil d&#8217;iniciar una conversa amb el teu client, ja que els hostes volen comunicar-se amb els hotels de la mateixa manera que es comuniquen amb altres persones.<\/p>\n<p>Cadenes com Starwood han adoptat aquesta tecnologia i actualment compta amb un programa de Whats App que s&#8217;ha expandit a 175 propietats, amb l&#8217;est\u00e0ndard de rebre una resposta 24 hores al dia, 7 dies a la setmana en 60 segons.<\/p>\n<p>Les aplicacions de xat sens dubte estan en augment per\u00f2 el desafiament est\u00e0 a veure com es pot monetitzar la interacci\u00f3 sense convertir-se en &#8216;spam&#8217;. Aquestes aplicacions semblen convertir-se en una poderosa eina de servei al client que fomenta la lleialtat, el comprom\u00eds i l&#8217;experi\u00e8ncia general dels clients.
