A boost for SMEs
Kit Consulting is the Spanish Government's grant programme that allows SMEs like yours to design the roadmap for their digital transformation.
It is a Digital Advisory Voucher (Digital Advisory Voucher (Bono de Asesoramiento Digital)) with a set amount that you must use to contract advisory services. The amount varies depending on the size of your company:

between 10 and fewer than 50 employees
12.000 €
Segment B
between 50 and fewer than 100 employees
18.000 €
Segment C
between 100 and fewer than 250 employees
24.000 €

If you are an SME or company with your tax residence in Spain
Requirements
The following can benefit from this grant:
- SMEs and companies with between 10 and fewer than 250 employees.
- Being registered in the business census of the AEAT (Spanish Tax Agency).
- Not being considered a company in difficulty.
- Being up to date with Social Security obligations.
- Not exceeding the de minimis aid limit.
Exclusions
The following cannot be beneficiaries:
- Temporary business joint ventures (uniones temporales de empresas, UTES).
- Individuals or legal entities that are registered Digital Advisors (Asesores Digitales Adheridos), or any parties they contract or subcontract to provide advisory services, in whole or in part.
- Self-employed individuals.
- Publicly owned companies and public-law entities.
- Professional associations, civil-law partnerships, joint-ownership entities, homeowners' associations under the horizontal property regime, or any other type of economic unit or separate estate without legal personality.
Beneficiary segments by number of employees:
- a) Segment A: Companies with between 10 and fewer than 50 employees.
- b) Segment B: Companies with between 50 and fewer than 100 employees.
- c) Segment C: Companies with between 100 and fewer than 250 employees.
The number of employees will be calculated based on the worker data recorded in the General Social Security Scheme and the Special Scheme for Self-Employed Workers, or by any other legally valid means, at the time the application is submitted.
